Frost Valley YMCA provides people of all ages, abilities, and backgrounds with an inspiring space where enriching,life-altering experiences happen all year long. Located on over 5,500 acres in the heart of the Catskill Mountains, Frost Valley offers year-round access to nature, adventure, environmental education. As a leader in outdoor recreation, experiential and environmental education, as well as camping and retreats, this renowned non-profit organization serves children, families, and groups through summer camps, group and family retreats, school trip programs, team-building programs, and more.
The ACEMM Retreat and Jamboree will blend the beauty of nature that Frost Valley offers with meaningful collaboration with professional educators as well as create possibilities for participants to simply be together as artists and humans sharing in community music making experiences.

All meals and housing are included in the lodging and accommodation package at Frost Valley.
A total of 5 meals are provided in the spacious dining hall from Friday, May 1st’s dinner through Sunday, May 3rd’s lunch. All meals are served family style with a main entree and side dishes. There is always a salad, fruit, and cereal bar as well as a soup of the day. At each meal, there are vegetarian, vegan and gluten-free options available that will meet most dietary needs. Please share any food allergies or dietary restrictions in the registration form. A snack will be provided every evening as well.

The lodges offer four private rooms sleeping 4 to 6 people in bunk-beds, each with a private bath. These lodges are great for good friends who wish to stay together or those who enjoy a more informal experience. Separate rooms allow for a sense of your own smaller spaces and the common room provides a perfect venue for games and socializing. Each lodge has its own fire ring for socializing.
